For Beginner Triathlete (Online coaching is available)
Imagine a smooth transition into becoming a triathlete with a progressive build up in fitness level. The white package is your beginning to achieving your goals. This is recommended for beginner triathlete.
- Weekly schedule with daily workouts provided
- Detailed daily workouts designed specifically for the client’s individual needs
- Race strategy, pre-race discussion, and post-race discussion
- Discuss race and training nutrition
- Weekly group runs
- Group rides schedule permitting
- Clients must request additional Services
Cost
- Initiation Fee $40, or $55 (with Dri-Fit t-shirt)
- $150 per month*
- Three-month commitment, 1st and last month paid up front*
- Half Iron and Ironman programs are NOT included in this package
*All payments must be received before new monthly programs will be sent.
